The Bun Club Fundraising Team members play a key role in helping develop and sustain MCRS’s new membership program. These volunteers will focus on the financial and strategic aspects of Bun Club, helping ensure the program is well-organized, financially sound, and positioned for long-term success. This is an excellent role for a self-starter who enjoys planning, organizing, and turning ideas into action. The time commitment is flexible with an estimated approximately 2 – 4 hours per month.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Fundraising Committee and Bun Club team to shape and refine the membership program

  • Assist with setting up and maintaining the financial structure of the Bun Club (e.g., pricing tiers, payment platforms, tracking revenue)

  • Help evaluate program performance and member engagement to guide future improvements

  • Coordinate with other volunteers to ensure membership benefits align with fundraising goals

  • Support clear documentation of processes related to membership fundraising

  • Contribute ideas for sustainable growth and donor/member retention

Qualifications:

  • Organized, reliable, and able to follow through on tasks independently

  • Comfortable working with financial or administrative details (nonprofit experience a plus, but not required)

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Interest in nonprofit fundraising, membership programs, or donor engagement

  • Passion for MCRS’s mission and a desire to make a meaningful impact
